As a seasoned Power Apps/Automate Developer, you will design, build, and implement cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform to help clients solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver scalable solutions using Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Power Pages), Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Lead client engagements to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows that streamline business processes and integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party services.
  • Provide architecture guidance and enforce best practices in solution design and governance.
  • Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure effective implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and capabilities to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Support presales and estimation efforts, contributing to proposals and demos.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers to uplift team capability and ensure code quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions using Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and custom connectors.
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and integration with Azure services.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and security models.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and experience integrating with third-party systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in solution architecture and a solid understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) within Power Platform.
  • Certifications PL-200 and/or PL-400 highly desirable.
