As a Solution Developer, you will play a vital role in shaping impactful solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Shape and qualify each bid to assess client fit and strategic opportunity.
- Lead and contribute to the development of compelling bid responses, articulating business benefits and solution approach.
- Estimate and price professional services to ensure proposals are commercially robust and aligned with client value.
- Present and discuss solutions with clients, translating complex technology into actionable business impact.
- Champion new ways of working, leveraging AI and automation throughout the bid process to drive quality and improved outcomes.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity.
- Experience (or a willingness to learn) in bid management and solution design for network, cybersecurity, or cloud services.
- Ability to estimate and price professional services requirements, considering business outcomes and client fit.
- Sound judgement in qualifying opportunities—evaluating client needs, strategic fit, risks, and potential for long-term partnerships.
- Curiosity and courage to challenge the status quo, seeking smarter ways to improve bid quality and outcomes.
