Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

A career opportunity exists for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Exercise Physiologists to work on a client-centered approach, focusing on health and well-being.

This role involves managing a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation NSW and ACT, Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage a portfolio of cases related to workers compensation, CTP, and workplace health safety assessments.
  • Support individuals to recover from injury and return to work through evidence-based recovery plans.
  • Utilise Functional Capacity Assessments and workplace assessments to inform client-centered care.
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including treating professionals and employers.
About You:
  • You must hold a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
  • AHPRA/ESSA accreditation is also required (as applicable).
  • You must have a full driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a collaborative, client-focused approach.
  • A passion for helping people and a commitment to integrity and teamwork are highly valued.
