Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

The successful candidate will work closely with individuals who have sustained injuries, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to recover and return to work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage cases related to workers compensation, CTP, and workplace health & safety assessments
  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans using functional capacity assessments and workplace assessments
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including treating professionals and employers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
  • AHPRA/ESSA accreditation (as applicable)
  • Full driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
