Job Title: Fence Installation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled fence installer to join our team. As a fence installation specialist, you will be responsible for the installation of various fencing types across residential and commercial job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and plan fencing layouts according to project specifications
  • Dig holes and secure fence posts using concrete or other materials
  • Install fencing panels, gates, and hardware
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Conduct maintenance or repairs on existing fences when required
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations
  • Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in fencing installation
  • Specific experience with timber, Colourbond, aluminium, garrison, and chain link fencing
  • Ability to read and interpret plans or diagrams
  • Competence in using construction tools and equipment
  • Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Good communication and time management skills
