We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer to take on a leadership role in delivering complex engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with expertise in high-voltage earthing systems, project management, and client relationship building.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in engineering project delivery, with a proven track record of success in managing budgets, forecasting, and risks. They will also have a strong understanding of HV power systems, CDEGS, and PTW/ETAP software.

As a key member of the engineering team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will also provide expert input in HV earthing system analysis and reporting, oversee HV earthing testing, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Lead projects from scoping to delivery
  • Manage quality, budget, and schedule targets
  • Prepare/review/approve designs & technical docs
  • Provide expert input in HV earthing system analysis & reporting (power systems desirable)
  • Oversee HV earthing testing (soil resistivity, fall of potential, current injection)
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years+ in engineering project delivery
  • Proven HV earthing expertise—analysis & site testing
  • High proficiency in CDEGS (preferred)
  • HV power systems experience (PTW, ETAP) desirable
  • Australian-recognised Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
  • CPEng (or eligible)
  • Right to work in Australia
