Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of our product from inception to launch.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our product meets customer needs and drives business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Product Growth
    • Develop and validate product initiatives that deliver value and solve real problems for customers through continuous discovery.
    • Lead and manage product initiatives from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and support teams.
    • Become the voice of the customer through in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, market research, and competitive analysis.
    • Embed yourself in your engineering squad to deliver innovative and viable solutions to customer problems.
    • Establish, monitor, and report on success metrics that align with your product vision and business objectives.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • A strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to align product initiatives with company goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across different functions.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
