Job Overview

The Customer Data Transformation Journey

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to play a key role in the customer data transformation program, focused on delivering frictionless, personalised experiences and world class assets that redefine engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Roadmaps Develop and manage scope, discovery, and product roadmaps, including horizons, milestones, and outcomes
  • Build Partnerships Build close partnerships with internal stakeholder groups, understand their businesses, customer needs, environmental constraints, tactical and strategic objectives
  • Ensure Seamless Integration Work closely with architecture and engineering to ensure seamless integration across all systems and touch points
  • Align Stakeholders Work closely with product managers, developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of the data transformation program
  • Champion Best Practices Champion best practices for data accuracy, consistency, and security
  • Promote Data Stewardship Promote a culture of data stewardship and accountability across the organisation
  • Provide Updates Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership, including OKR tracking, and customer insights
  • Stay Abreast Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management
  • Drive Innovation Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Product Management / Product Development or equivalent experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills Excellent presentation, communication skills and ability to simplify complex problem spaces and anchor back to value to customer
  • Strong Analytical Skills Strong understanding of data architecture principles, data integration techniques, and data governance frameworks
  • Analytical Mindset Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for using data to drive business decisions
  • Understanding of Tools Understanding of data management tools, databases, and software pipelines
  • Complex Program Management Comfortable managing large, complex programs of work
  • Growth Mindset Bring a growth mindset, exhibit resilience and appreciate how change can be enacted in a large organisation
