We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our offices across five distinct locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, stationery, and uniform programs, including procurement and inventory control.
- Reception Services: Oversee reception services, including rostering mail and visitor experience.
- Facilities Coordination: Coordinate office accommodation and relocation logistics, including seating plans and workspace changes.
- Facilities Management: Be the go-to person for facilities queries, repairs, cleaning, access, security passes, and WHS compliance.
- Vendor Management: Manage contracts with shared services vendors, such as cleaning, travel, and stationery providers.
- IT Support: Collaborate with IT on tech-related needs, including AV systems and meeting room tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
