Job Overview

This role is centered around designing women's activewear that meets the highest standards of performance, style, and comfort.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, garment construction, and fit, as well as experience in leading activewear or swimwear design roles.

A key focus area for this position is to create bold, innovative designs that bring the brand's DNA to life, empowering movement and inspiring recreation.

  • Lead the design of women's collections that align seamlessly with menswear & accessories for a cohesive brand identity
  • Create original sketches, CADs & detailed tech packs to guide production
  • Source and develop cutting-edge fabrics, trims & finishes that deliver both performance and style
  • Ensure every design meets the highest standards of fit, function & comfort
  • Oversee the full development journey — from initial concept to refined final product
  • Push the boundaries of design with innovative silhouettes, fabrications & branding techniques
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching and anticipating global trends in women's activewear, sport & lifestyle
  • Translate trend insights into unique brand-specific designs that stay true to DNA
  • Pioneer next-generation fabrics that drive sustainable innovation and performance
  • Use athlete and community feedback to continuously refine and evolve designs
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director, production teams & suppliers to bring collections from concept to reality
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure product stories translate seamlessly into campaigns, shoots & community activations
  • Work with e-commerce & retail teams to deliver product launches with strong storytelling and impact
  • Own the end-to-end design process, from ideation through to final sample approval
  • Champion uncompromising standards for fit, function & detail in every product
  • Lead fittings & wear-testing to guarantee premium performance and brand consistency
  • Deliver precise, accurate tech packs & specifications
  • Build strong relationships with factories & mills to drive innovation in fabric, sustainability & performance
