About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a functional delivery stream and design, plan, and implement ServiceNow capabilities that drive business value and improve operational efficiency. You'll work closely with project teams to ensure client requirements are effectively translated into project plans, and develop training materials to equip clients with the skills they need to succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional delivery streams to design, plan, and implement ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are effectively translated into project plans.
  • Design core platform capabilities, user experience layers, and best practice implementation outcomes in alignment with the ServiceNow Implementation Methodology and ITIL best practices.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Display leadership, mentoring, and management skills for early career team members.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including written proposals, pre-sales, functional demonstrations, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Proven ServiceNow Consulting and Implementations experience preferably in ITSM, SPM, CSM, HRSD.
  • Strength in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, relationship management, risk management, communication skills, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to configure catalogue items, design employee service centres, write knowledge base content, and experience in Agile Projects.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practice, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design, SIAM, external service delivery best practices, B2B and B2C workflows, case management, and CTI.
  • Desirable: ServiceNow Functional Certifications, CSA, Bachelor Degree in a related field, domain specific certifications (ITIL, SAFe, etc).
