Job Description:

As a Contract Renewal Negotiator, you will play a critical role in negotiating sales terms and conditions with customers. Your strong negotiation skills, combined with your knowledge of our service portfolio, will enable you to drive revenue growth and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will work closely with our sales and service teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate sales terms and conditions with customers to maximize revenue
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and face-to-face interactions
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
