The Customer Success Renewal Manager will play a crucial role in driving customer renewals and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This involves partnering with sales, customer success, and order management teams to accelerate the renewal process and create positive outcomes.
This role requires an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the SaaS contracting space. You'll need to develop strategic solutions to mitigate risk and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as an extended member of the Smartsheet account team to bring contract renewals to a successful conclusion
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout all stages of the renewal process
- Partnering with senior leadership to accelerate the contract renewal process and create positive outcomes
You'll be working closely with various teams to drive results, including:
- Sales: To accelerate the renewal process and drive revenue growth
- Customer Success: To ensure a seamless experience for our clients
- Order Management: To manage the renewal cycle and ensure timely completion
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 4+ years of Sales, Customer Success or Finance experience
- Negotiation skills with experience driving contracts to completion
- Experience analysing complex problems, developing recommended solutions, and/or managing risk
