Seasonal Concierge Team Member

We are seeking friendly and reliable individuals to join our team as seasonal concierge staff. As a concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy working in customer-facing roles and creating memorable moments for our guests. You will work closely with our team to deliver a welcoming and helpful service, making every visit to our centre a special one.

  • You will greet and assist customers at the concierge desk, providing information and solutions to their needs.
  • You will promote and sell our services, including Westfield Gift Cards, to enhance the customer experience.

In this role, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. We are looking for people who are available to commit to our busy festive period from September to January/February.

This is a casual role, offering a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced retail environment. If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
