Early Childhood Education Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to manage and grow our team of inspiring educators. The successful candidate will inspire each child's potential through our innovative curriculum, inclusive environment, and strong family partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support: Oversee daily administrative and operational functions, including staffing rosters, enrolment processes, marketing initiatives, centre events, and internal communications to ensure smooth and efficient centre operations.
  • Family and Community Engagement: Foster strong, respectful, and collaborative relationships with children, families, and the broader community to build trust, engagement, and a sense of belonging.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all internal policies, relevant legislation, and regulatory frameworks, supporting the centre to meet or exceed National Quality Standards.
  • Child Safety Commitment: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Child Safe Standards and a proactive commitment to maintaining a child-safe environment where the wellbeing, safety, and voice of every child is respected and prioritised.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma of Children's Services, 3-5 years of management/leadership experience, sound knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and Children Service Regulations.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to inspire, motivate, and maintain a positive culture with our centre.
