Qualified Educator Casual


Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced educator to join our team as a casual educator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality educational programs for children, working collaboratively with colleagues, and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing engaging and developmental programs for children;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and staff;
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of the program;
  • Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of children;

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent), current Working with Children Check, and first aid qualification. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $31.00 - $37.00 per hour, with 20-25 hours per week available on a casual basis.
