This is a fixed-term, full-time position within the Justice Department, responsible for engaging with the local Aboriginal community and contributing to the development of culturally appropriate case practice.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor regional performance and contribute to policy and procedure development
- Support regional workforce development initiatives and connect Aboriginal clients to supports and services
- Guide case management staff to enhance their ability to provide culturally appropriate practice
