About the Role
The City of Newcastle is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Planning, Transport & Regulation team as a Trainee Ranger. In this exciting opportunity, you will assist experienced Rangers and Senior Rangers with investigations, gather evidence, and take appropriate action to resolve identified breaches in accordance with legislative provisions, City of Newcastle policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with investigations, gather evidence, and take appropriate action to resolve identified breaches
- Provide high-quality, courteous customer service in responding, investigating, and resolving customer requests, enquiries, and complaints
- Assist in implementing the provisions and relevant actions of City of Newcastle's Companion Animal Management Plan
