Ranger Trainee

Job Summary

The City of Newcastle is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Ranger to join our Planning, Transport & Regulation team. As a Trainee Ranger, you will play a key role in providing high-quality customer service, investigating and resolving customer requests, enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations, gather evidence and take appropriate action to resolve identified breaches in accordance with legislative provisions, CN policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Provide high-quality, courteous customer service in responding, investigating and resolving customer requests, enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in implementing the provisions and relevant actions of CN's Companion Animal Management Plan.
