About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging CRM to drive business growth through data-driven decision making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop targeted campaigns that engage brokers effectively.

This role requires a unique blend of analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. If you are passionate about using data to tell a story and driving business results, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in CRM implementation and management, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
