A day in the life of a Restaurant Manager means leading and motivating 20-50 team members to drive sales growth and engagement. You will work closely with Area Managers to ensure high standards, rostering, recruiting, stock management, and restaurant compliance.
This is a people-focused role where you will empower team members' development through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions. Key responsibilities include managing business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs, as well as owning local matters programs by engaging with local community groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 6+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues
- Proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing and engaged teams
- Strong analytical mindset with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports
- Organized and able to thrive in high-energy working environments
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and customer-centric approach
