About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Scheduler who can deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of Field Technicians and Subcontractors to meet client key performance indicators (KPIs) for reactive / breakdown service calls, quoted works, and planned preventative maintenance tasks.
  • First point of contact for customers requesting services.
  • Manage phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders to completion.
  • Manage the order to in-field completion process.
  • Updating client portals with notes and documentation.
  • Administrative support associated with documentation, reports, timesheets, and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Experience in scheduling or administrative roles in the HVAC trade or similar trade is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and adjust schedules to suit priority, client, and efficiency.
  • Evidence of experience in Pronto and Uptick ERP systems is preferred (or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow process and structure to meet KPIs and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to adapt and work in a team environment.
  • Capable with Microsoft Suites.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills.
