Experience the Hunter Valley

We are seeking professional and enthusiastic tour guides to showcase the best of the Hunter Valley's wineries and vineyards.

As a tour guide, you will play a key role in leading engaging and informative guided tours, safely transporting guests to and from tour locations across the Hunter Valley, providing knowledgeable commentary on the region, wineries, and attractions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging and informative guided tours ensuring guests enjoy both education and entertainment.
  • Safely transport guests to and from tour locations across the Hunter Valley.
  • Provide knowledgeable commentary on the region wineries and attractions.
  • Assist with wine tastings cheese matching answering questions and making recommendations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service attending to guests' needs and preferences.
  • Represent your employer with professionalism courtesy and enthusiasm.
  • Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
  • Keep vehicles clean tidy and well-presented.
  • Assist with loading/unloading when needed.
  • Take part in ongoing training to enhance wine knowledge and tour-leading skills.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
  • NSW Bus Driver's Authority preferable.
  • Light Rigid licence preferable.
  • Valid RSA or willingness to obtain.
  • Wine industry knowledge including varietals and winemaking highly regarded.
  • Experience leading groups preferred with training provided if needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly outgoing personality with a passion for exceptional service.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Professional calm and adaptable under pressure.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to driving laws.
