**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for an additional experienced and fun Cellar Hand to join our team.

Based at our winery in Langhorne Creek you will be working as a part of our team. We are looking for physically fit, energetic people with the ability to trouble shoot and work efficiently both independently and as an engaged member of our team. Personality is equally important and a fun and happy outlook to work and team involvement is important as well.

A range of tasks may include but are not limited to:

- Work with a multitude of varieties, regions and clients within the contract facility
- Fruit receival & processing/crushing operations
- Pressing operations
- Operate pumps, perform transfers, rackings and ferment management
- Juice and wine additions, general cellar operations
- Oak/barrel work
- Cleaning tasks
- Wine filtering
- Product dispatch/receival

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

Some of the key job requirements are:

- Want to be a part of a team and enjoys what they do.
- Positive personality that has a "can do" approach.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Able to work vintage hours.
- An understanding of winery work health and safety.
- A desire to participate in sustainable practices.
- **All applicants must have Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.**

Classifications are based on the Wine Industry Award and we pay above award rates for those classifications.
