Driver Guide - Lead the Way

Dedicated and enthusiastic drivers/guides with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are sought after to lead our winery day tours of the region.

This role involves operating company passenger vehicles (up to 25 seaters) and providing outstanding service to international & local guests. A strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to create rapport with customers are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge on local history and food & beverage industry

Requirements:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  2. Ability to create rapport with customers
  3. Highly organized with a focus on attention to detail
  4. Driver Accreditation with CPV (can be obtained afterwards)
  5. Possession of a Heavy Vehicle License or willingness to learn
  6. Previous experience in tourism and dealing with groups of people an advantage
