Senior Sustainability Consultant

Cundall is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our Building Performance Services team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting clients in achieving their sustainability goals and improving building performance.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with clients to understand their building performance requirements, including net zero targets, energy efficiency, and sustainability strategies.
- Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify opportunities for cost-saving improvements and sustainable practices.
- Develop and implement sustainable solutions, including energy-efficient systems, renewable energy systems, and green building technologies.
- Provide advisory services to clients on building performance optimization, energy management, and sustainability strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable building solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure clients receive the latest expertise and guidance.
- Tertiary qualification in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering.
- Proven experience in building services sector, with a strong understanding of building energy performance solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients.
- Accredited NABERS Assessor, Commercial Building Disclosure (CBD) Assessor, and/or Registered Climate Active Carbon Neutral consultant.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
