About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children, fostering a love of learning, and promoting their holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-quality early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing expertise and best practices
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need
- Develop and implement strategies to promote children's social, emotional, and academic growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
