Senior Manager/Director - Accounting & Tax

About the Role

As a Senior Manager/Director, you will lead the delivery of comprehensive tax and accounting services to clients. You will assist clients in structuring their businesses to comply with local tax regulations and requirements, ensuring a smooth entry into the market.

You will manage and inspire a team of tax and accounting professionals, creating a positive and high-performing environment. You will also manage key client relationships, ensuring their business objectives are met and delivering positive outcomes for their ventures in Australia.

Representing the firm at networking events, webinars, and other key engagements to raise the profile and foster client relationships is also a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of comprehensive tax and accounting services to clients
  • Assist clients in structuring their businesses to comply with local tax regulations and requirements
  • Manage and inspire a team of tax and accounting professionals
  • Manage key client relationships
  • Represent the firm at networking events and other key engagements
Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • 10+ years public practice experience (a minimum of 5+ years in a management role)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting & tax standards
  • Ability to project manage with a goal-oriented approach
