About the Role

Montefiore Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, grooming, and dressing.
  • Provide light domestic assistance, including meal preparation and household chores.
  • Manage medication and ensure clients take their prescribed medications as directed.
  • Offer social support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a Home Care setting, preferably with a Certificate III in Individual or Aged Care.
  • Availability to work during the week and on weekends, with a willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and impeccable presentation.
  • A valid NSW Driver Licence and own vehicle, with a willingness to use it for work purposes.
  • A current NDIS Workers Check.

  • Experience in manual handling, hoists, and transfers.
