Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
- Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities, such as transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
- Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care and support for clients.
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification.
- Current Australian driver's license and a roadworthy vehicle.
- Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Ability to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
