About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Dental Corporation. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by following infection control procedures and reporting any concerns or incidents.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in aged care.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and their Outcomes.
  • Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively.
