About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to join our Collins Class Submarines (CCSM) Program team at ASC. As a key member of our program management team, you will provide technical support and advice to project managers in areas of project scheduling and controls to ensure successful execution of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and baselines, ensuring accurate data integration with the master program schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain assigned project schedules, providing regular schedule performance reports and analysis.
  • Monitor and control all activities through the planning and execution phase, identifying and mitigating schedule risks.
  • Ensure accurate management of baseline change and maintain key project milestones.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' demonstrated scheduling and project planning experience within a complex project environment, preferably in Defence, Shipbuilding, and/or heavy engineering industries. You will also have:

  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling using Primavera (or similar scheduling software).
  • Familiarity with scheduling tool integration with ERP systems.
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel user and ability to work in a complex data environment.
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management within a Program/Project environment.
