About the Role

Join us as a collaborative and driven finance business partner. Based in Hobart, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various financial, operational, and strategic matters, including budget preparation, financial modelling, business planning, and forecasting.

You will turn data into insights and bring numbers to life. You will drive commercial uplift by identifying business drivers and using commercial analysis to highlight optimisation opportunities and build reporting tools to support improved performance.

Requirements

  • Strong self-motivation, planning, and organisational skills.
  • A Commerce/business degree or equivalent + 5 years' experience (desirable).
  • The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business.
  • Exceptional financial acumen, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Creativity and a willingness to question traditional practices to add value and improve efficiency.
  • A passion for numbers and people.
  • Persistence in challenging decisions and assumptions to understand wider and longer-term impacts.
  • The ability to work autonomously and deliver outcomes.
  • Exceptional Excel and modelling skills.
