Aged Care Change Manager

We are seeking a change delivery manager to lead the rollout of aged care reform projects across our residential care homes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to make a real difference in people's lives by driving process improvements and technologies that support vulnerable communities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver change initiatives across aged care reform projects.
- Support staff through training, briefings, and transition to new ways of working.
- Collaborate with leaders and project teams to embed change into business-as-usual processes.
- Manage data to support compliance and quality outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement through insights and innovation.
- 5+ years' experience in change management and process improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in aged care, health or regulated environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and change management certification (e.g. PROSCI).
