Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Training and Quality Coordinator. In this role, you will assist with the provision and evaluation of clinical and non-clinical education and training programs for staff and volunteers. You will support the continuous improvement program for residents and staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care.
  • Sound written and oral communication skills.
  • Capacity to achieve goals within set timeframes.
  • A sound understanding of and compliance with WHS and risk management standards.
  • Sound computer skills.
