Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized professional to support our Industry Capability and Inclusion team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating programs that promote gender diversity and inclusion in transport and rail infrastructure.

  • Design and facilitate workshops, networking events, and information sessions to promote industry inclusion.
  • Provide administrative and corporate support, responding to a wide range of queries and addressing issues.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure webpages, social media channels, and intranet pages are up to date and program outcomes are showcased.
  • Develop and implement evaluation tools to assess program effectiveness and identify improvements.
  • Prepare correspondence and reporting on program outcomes, including written updates for inclusion in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Coordinate the engagement of vendors and the procurement process.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in programs addressing gender equality and diversity, a demonstrated understanding of how to remove barriers limiting diverse gender representation, and excellent facilitation and communication skills.
