About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Gender Equity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our International Development Assistance Team, you will play a critical role in delivering project management and technical services for development organisations.
About the Program
Water for Women is a flagship WASH program supporting improved health, gender equality and wellbeing in Asian and Pacific communities through socially inclusive and sustainable projects and research.
About the Engagement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field;
- Demonstrated technical expertise and experience in development programs, with a focus on GEDSI and poverty alleviation;
- A minimum 5-10 years of international development experience, with a strong track record of working collaboratively with diverse partners and colleagues;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders;
- Experience working in South Asia, South-East Asia and/or the Pacific islands.
