About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Body Repair Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting repairs on vehicles damaged in collisions or accidents, using appropriate tools and equipment to repair and reshape damaged body panels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to determine the extent of repairs required
  • Use precision techniques and specialized equipment to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition
  • Work effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of projects
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all relevant health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Genuine interest in the automotive industry, specifically in body repair
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license or close to obtaining one
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
