Experienced Automotive Body Repair Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Body Repair Professional to join our well-performing team at Kinetic Fleet Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess damaged vehicles, determine the best repair method, and estimate time and cost for repairs.
- Perform various repair work, including body smash repairs, panel replacements, rust removal, and paint restoration.
- Carry out the end-to-end painting process - sealing, sanding, masking, priming, and spray painting.
- Cut & polish detailing to prepare vehicles for services.
- E nsure all repairs meet industry compliance requirements and company expectations.
- Mentor and assist apprentices and trade assistants as required, ensuring they complete work safely and at the required quality.
- Certificate III in Automotive Body Building/Refinishing Technology or other relevant qualification.
- Previous experience in spray painting and panel/body repairs on heavy vehicles.
- Medium Rigid (MR) licence or higher is preferred but not mandatory.
- Forklift licence is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of workshop operations is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
