We are seeking a skilled software professional to fill this challenging Analyst Programmer position.

**Job Description**:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing system program needs, identifying technology limitations, and writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience in software development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Analyze system program needs and identify technology limitations
  • Write and maintain program code to meet system requirements
  • Develop proposals and strategies for software design activities

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in IT
  • Business orientation with strong IT background
  • 3+ years' experience in software testing in banking, cards, payments, insurance, or financial services environment
  • Experience in VisionPLUS, CardPac, or similar Credit Card processing systems or on payments platforms like SWIFT, New Payment Platform (NPP), ISO 20022, etc.
  • Credit card or Consumer Finance experience is good to have
  • Exposure to programming languages such as Cobol, JCL, CMS
  • Experience working with APIs and other technical solutions is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
