Contingent Workforce Leader

As the Contingent Workforce Lead, you will play a key role in driving workforce optimisation across Australia and New Zealand. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of talent management and make your mark in a dynamic and hybrid working environment.
Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for process optimisation, simplification, and automation across our technology and processes, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions in contingent talent management.
You will have expertise in the management and visualisation of contingent workforce data, which will be key to engaging stakeholders strategically. By transforming complex data into meaningful insights, you will help IAG identify workforce trends, respond to changing market conditions, and secure the critical skills needed for business growth.
Working closely with trusted suppliers, you will foster strong partnerships while ensuring compliance and the achievement of performance targets.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
