Contingent Workforce Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contingent Workforce Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving workforce optimisation across Australia and New Zealand.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • IDentify opportunities for process optimisation, simplification, and automation across technology and processes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions in contingent talent management.
  • Foster strong partnerships with suppliers while ensuring compliance and achievement of performance targets.
  • Transform complex data into meaningful insights to help identify workforce trends and respond to changing market conditions.

  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems and leveraging technology to improve outcomes.
