Design Structural Integrity
">We are seeking a skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Perth. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and overseeing the structural components of major highway projects, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability.
">The role involves developing and reviewing structural designs for bridges, overpasses, and other highway-related structures using advanced engineering software and techniques. You will lead structural engineering aspects of projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
">Key responsibilities include:

- Leading structural engineering aspects of projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams">
- Performing complex structural analysis and calculations to ensure the integrity and safety of designs">
- Ensuring all designs comply with relevant standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations">
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to communicate design concepts and address project requirements">
Qualifications & Experience
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field">
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on highway and bridge projects">
- Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD Pro, LUSAS, Midas Civil, Strand 7, or equivalent">
- Strong knowledge of Main Roads WA standards and engineering practices">
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail">
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team is desirable">
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal">
