About the Job

The Comprehensive Caseworker will be responsible for assessing eligibility for government funded programs, including CHSP and Home Care Packages.

This role requires strong clinical experience in aged care, as well as excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.

  • Manage referrals from My Aged Care and other sources.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments.
  • Provide supervision and support to junior staff.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external partners.
