About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Asset Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Asset Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Asset Managers in the management of commercial properties. This role will involve organizing and following up on repairs and maintenance, conducting regular and final inspections, preparing correspondence and reports, and liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizing and following up on repairs and maintenance for properties.
  • Conducting regular and final inspections for each property.
  • Preparation of correspondence and reports as required.
  • Follow up in arrears with tenants.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors for prompt action as required.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. You will also need to have a strong understanding of commercial property management and be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
