As a Frontline Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for students, families and visitors. You will enjoy meeting the needs of a diverse range of people through various channels, including telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.

This role involves managing First Aid systems, keeping accurate and up-to-date student medical records and assisting staff in preparing First Aid and medications for camps and excursions.

You will work closely with your colleagues to provide exceptional support to our community.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, empathy, confidence in interacting with parents, teenagers and young children, and flexibility to calmly prioritise in a hectic environment.

Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Google Docs, discretion in handling confidential information, and ability to adapt to new computer systems and software.

Desirable skills include prior experience in a school or medical administration role and knowledge of Edumate (school management system).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage First Aid systems and keep accurate student medical records
  • Assist staff in preparing First Aid and medications for camps and excursions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, families and visitors
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain a smooth and efficient administrative process
