Our organisation seeks a highly skilled individual to lead its payroll service for over 600 employees. This role is responsible for delivering an efficient, accurate and timely fortnightly payroll service.

About the Job
  • The successful candidate will oversee all payroll areas including employee entitlements and maintenance and ongoing improvement of the payroll system, processes and procedures.
  • This position works closely with the Finance team for accurate reporting.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience leading a payroll service.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and numerical skills.
  • Good understanding of legislated obligations relating to payroll, tax and superannuation.
  • Intermediate computer literacy with Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
