About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil and Structural Supervisor to provide positive leadership to various work teams across Western Sydney projects.

This role involves managing a work section by leading and coordinating labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors on a daily and weekly program to deliver projects on time and within set parameters.

  • Monitor the use of resources against actual performance to meet productivity needs.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate project information in a clear and concise manner with clients and government authorities.
  • Conduct site meetings and attend investigations of accidents and incidents within the area of responsibility.
  • Drive work teams' productivity and implement improvements to improve productivity throughout the project(s).

About You:

You should be an engaged, detail-focused, and driven leader with experience in managing and influencing groups of diverse employees and subcontractors.

A relevant trade background or qualifications and demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar scope within a construction/engineering environment is also required.
