Job Title: Construction Project Leader

Description:

Leading a construction project in Sydney requires an experienced professional to oversee site operations from start to finish. As a seasoned Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors and ensuring quality workmanship, while coordinating with the project manager and client-side stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating day-to-day site activities with the project team
  • Overseeing the management of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations and company policies
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • Problem-solving on site with a proactive and practical approach

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager on commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of the Sydney construction market and relevant industry standards
  • Ability to lead teams and build strong relationships on site
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • White Card and relevant tickets (e.g. First Aid, Working at Heights)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
