Construction Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a team of skilled professionals on various construction projects in the Sydney market.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of subcontractors to deliver projects efficiently and effectively
- Daily management of materials, equipment, schedules, and site safety
- Liaise between clients and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Assist in developing project instructions and guidelines
- Maintain open communication with superiors and subordinates to drive project success
Requirements:
- A trade qualification or tertiary degree in construction or a related field
- Proven track record working with reputable contractors and demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Previous experience on commercial new build projects, with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Relevant knowledge of OH&S and IR practices
- Solid organisational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Proven experience as a leader or foreman
